Mind is pretty uneasy. Happy hours not treating me well.
I went pretty “deep” during the breathing exercises. I concentrated more on breathing for the sake of removing the CO2 and just put more effort into the breath. No tingling; however, at the end the third cycle’s breath hold, I took a breath and opened my eyes (I close them during the breath holds) and then saw a distinct ring. Strange.

You never know what to expect when you start something new and especially when it has a certain amount of hype surrounding it. I’m not here trying to prove if it works and write a tell all. For my own sake, I’m logging the experience here. This is just another day, another journey.
